Here is the simple process;

Go to the
NEBOSH website https://www.nebosh.org.uk/home/
·
Click on
the “Guidance Tab”
·
Click on "Verification button”
·
Click on
the "Online Verification" button.
·
Enter the
following information:
Learner's Name:Enter the learner's name exactly as
it appears on the certificate.
Date of Achievement:Enter the date that the learner's
results were officially declared.
Master Log Certificate Number:Enter the full Master Log Certificate
number, including the forward slash (/) character.
Click on the "Verify"
button; If the
certificate is valid, you will see a message that says "Certificate verified" like below message.
Verification
by QR code
Alternatively, if the certificate has a QR code you
can scan the code to verify the certificate.All Certificates and Parchments issued
after December 31 1990 can be verified using our free self-service verification
platform. If your certificate was issued before 1991 you will need to submit
your request directly to NEBOSH.
If you are unable to verify the certificate online, you can contact NEBOSH directly to request a formal verification.Here are the steps on how to contact NEBOSH to request a formal verification:
· Go to the NEBOSH website and click on the "Contact Us" tab.
· Select the "Verification" topic from the drop-down menu.
· Fill out the online form and attach a copy of the certificate.
· Click on the "Submit" button.
NEBOSH will typically respond to your request within 5 working days & send you verification certificate like below;
