This protocol outlines the organized and secure process for collecting NEBOSH
certificates from DESCON Technical Institute (DTI), considering the adherence to
formalities.
1. Certificate Arrival and Notification:
NEBOSH certificates are anticipated to arrive at DTI approximately four weeks post
result announcements and upon their arrival, the names of successful candidates will be
communicated through designated WhatsApp groups.
2. Collection by Student:
It is recommended that students personally collect their certificates from the admission
office during standard working hours. Mr. Zaheer (0322-8889045) is the designated
point of contact for certificate collection. For verification purposes, students must
present their original CNIC and a printed copy of their examination results.
3. Collection by Family Member/Blood Relation:
In instances where the student cannot collect the certificate personally, a family member
or blood relation may act on their behalf. The student is required to submit an email
request to their respective trainer, incorporating the following details:
Personal introduction, including name, session, and Learner No.
Justification for the inability to collect the certificate in person.
details of the nominated family member designated for collection.
A statement assuming responsibility in the event of certificate misplacement or
damage.
Copies of the CNICs of both the student and the nominated family
member.
4.Principal Approval:
The received email request will be referred to the Principal DTI for approval &
Principal will intimate to admission office about handing over.
5.Certificate Release:
Following approval from the Principal, the designated family member may proceed
to the admission office for certificate retrieval. The family member must validate their
identity through the presentation of his CNIC before the certificate is released.
Note:
- Postal or courier services are not employed for certificate dispatch by DTI.
- Official communication pertaining to certificate retrieval is restricted to formal
- email channels.
- This procedural framework ensures a secure and auditable method for certificate
- collection.
- Any deviations from this protocol necessitate prior authorization from DTI
- authorities.
