Qualification (minimum):Bachelor degree in Engineering or Diploma

Bachelors degree in Engineering with more than 5 Years of UAE experience in Oil & Gas Projects
HSSE officer is responsible for supporting HSSE engineers in developing and implementing HSSE policies, procedures & manuals to meet the legal requirement, establishing proper HSSE systems of work, conducting risk assessment, providing necessary HSSE training, monitoring the HSSE performance, auditing, and proposing improvement action.

Develop, implement and review regularly HSSE section's management & maintenance policies, procedures and systems in alignment to legal requirement and best practices to improve operational performance.
Provide awareness programs across the facility to transfer knowledge to all parties and thereby support compliance to set standards.

Complete and follow-up timely all related administrative tasks to meet organizational requirements.
Carry out site visits, with consultants to brief about operations and project deliverables, prepare data package for consultants related to the HSSE studies and facilitate effective project management to ensure achievement of objectives in accord to defined quality standards.

Good knowledge of local and international legislation and regulations and best practice on HSE.
Expert knowledge on investigation techniques.

Expert knowledge on report writing and record keeping
Expert knowledge of all OH&S and other relevant safety regulations and standards
